The partnership

Winemakers meet the still

Our range of premium gins has been developed in partnership between the Parker winemaking team, headed by Andrew Hardy, and master distiller Darin Kinzie.

Purposeful use of botanicals and an infusion of Parker Estate wines complements the classic styles — and a simple serving suggestion of tonic and citrus.

“Quality without compromise.”

Distillation

Darin Kinzie

Master distiller. Botanicals soaked 12–14 hours in 96.6% grain spirit before the pot and gin basket — the backbone of every Parker gin.

How it’s made

Twelve to fourteen hours on botanicals

Core botanicals are soaked for 12–14 hours in 96.6% grain spirit, then loaded into the still with the remaining ingredients in the pot and gin basket.

Signature Dry is blended to the spice end of the flavour spectrum — built to stand up to tonic and a fat wheel of citrus. The bottle is screen-printed 360° on Oslo glass in South Australia — packaging is the glass itself.
